Morris Spritz
MORRIS Whisky and Morris of Rutherglen Wines have partnered up to create this refreshing summer spritz serve which is super simple to recreate at home.
A super vibrant and refreshing drink serve that’s best enjoyed as pre-dinner drink at sunset and always with friends.
GLASS WARE: COUPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 45ml MORRIS Signature Whisky
- 22.5ml MORRIS or Rutherglen Classic Ruby
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 22.5ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- Prosecco
- Edible flowers or a Lemon wheel for garnish
METHOD:
- Place the Whisky, Ruby, pineapple juice, lemon juice, syrup and ice into a shaker
- Shake well and fine strain into a coupe glass
- Top it up with Prosecco and garnish
- Shake everything except Prosecco with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top it up with Prosecco and garnish.
