Our home away from home
Over the next few months, our Cellar Door will be undergoing some exciting renovations. During this time we have set up a temporary cellar door on site and will be open for tastings Monday – Sunday 10am – 4pm.
We look forward to welcoming you to the launch of our new rejuvenated space late 2023.
The heart of the winery
Constructed in 1972 and located within the heart of the winery is the atrium style Cellar Door designed by legendary Australian architect, Robin Boyd. Offering views of century old wine barrels and white stone scree floors, the Cellar Door offers up a close experience to the making of our world renowned wines.
The full range of Morris wines are available for tasting, including those exclusive to Cellar Door visitors.
The world's finest fortifieds
Situated in the north-east of Victoria, you will find the small town of Rutherglen which is home to less than 2,000 people. Down a long driveway flanked by vineyards, located just off Mia Mia Road, you will find the historic Morris of Rutherglen. A small family-run winery, Morris is famous for producing some of the world’s finest fortified wines.
